Charleston's Tea Bash Tommorow in Charleston, South Carolina 5/15/10

U.S. Tea Plantation to Fete First Flush



Charleston Tea Plantation, located just outside Charleston, S.C., has announced the beginning of its 2010 harvest.



Owned by Bigelow Tea Company, based in Fairfield, Conn., the 127-acre tea plantation produces tea for the brand American Classic.



For the fourth year in a row, the plantation will host the First Flush FesTEAval, allowing participants to sample the tea amid festivities such as live music, local art and cuisine, and trolley rides. This year's festival is scheduled Sunday, May 16, 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
